1.) COPYRIGHT- YOU are responsible for adhering to and

following the copyright laws as required by law, and should

do so to prevent strict and costly legal actions.

2.) OWNERSHIP- Unless the said material/works are sold to

you, ownership of such material/works SHALL remain that of

DEMIGOD MUSIC PUBLISHING (hereforth referred to as DMP) or

the clients whom utilize our service (even if said material/works become licensed to you).

3.) RIGHTS- It will be at the customers sole discretion whether material/works are brought or licensed, EXCLUSIVE or NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS are obtained, and ALL or PARTIAL

INTEREST are released. This SHALL be decided between

yourself and your prospective seller/licensor and or their

respective representative(s).

4.) GUARANTEES- We at DMP make NO GUARANTEES regarding any material/works, the sells of such or their success. All

transactions will be at your own risk...DO YOUR RESEARCH!

5.) PAYMENTS- ALL purchases or advance payment transactions

SHALL take place here at DMP and any attemp to circumvent

this system and or defraud DMP of it's commission will result in termination of your account(s) as well as the seller/licensor and removal of all of your material/works.

6.) FINALITY- Once an agreement has benn reached and all

business has been transacted in regards to material/works,

said item(s) will be removed from the website UNLESS an

agreement is otherwise made by yourself and DMP to continue

placement, (no submission fee would be required in such a case). Timing for removal may vary however, we will try to have said item(s) removed within thirty (30) days.

7.) CREDIT- The receiver of material/works SHALL give all

appropriate credits due to DMP or the author/creator of said material UNLESS it is agreed upon in writing to do otherwise.

8.) RESTRICTIONS- It is prohibited to: [A] Infringe upon

the legal rights of others (copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets or anything contrary to applicable law that falls within this range), or to participate in activity that is in contrast to state and federal laws of the United States of America (USA), and or other participating countries. (THESE THINGS COULD RESULT IN COSTLY LEGAL ACTIONS); [B] The use of others transaction devices to make unauthorized purchases; [C] Attempt to circumvent and or defraud DMP of our comission;

[D] Infringement upon our trade secrets, trade name, trademarks

or copyrighted material/works; and [E] Selling or attempting to sell material/works you do not own and have acuired by the owner of such to be their representative.

9.) LIABILITY- It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to assure that the

material/works that you are acuiring or seeking to acuire

DOES NOT infringe upon the legal rights of others copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets or anything that is in contrast to applicable state and federal laws of the United States of America (USA) and or other participating countries. DMP CAN NOT assume ANY responsibility in any manner for any violations and SHALL NOT be held liable. Furthermore it is hereby agreed that if for any reason such should occur, you (the customer) agree to indemnify, defend and hold DMP harmless from any all actions, cause of actions, demands, claims, liabilities, expenses, losses and or damages arising out of or in

connection with any claim that the material/works acquired or attempted to be sold or licensed constitutes an infringement of any of the aforementioned. This includes attorney and other related fee's that may be incurred due to such.
